These terms apply to your use of the Complete Automotive Repair website. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site — you can always reach us by phone at (281) 462-9900.

They cover the website only. Repair work is governed by the estimate, authorization and invoice you receive from the shop, not by these terms. See the Service Disclaimer.

The site describes our services in general terms. It is not a diagnosis, a quote, or a promise about what any particular vehicle needs or what a repair will cost or how long it will take. We try to keep it accurate, but it may be out of date or contain errors, and business hours and offers can change. If something matters to your decision, please call to confirm.

Sending the request form is a request only. An appointment is not confirmed until we confirm it with you, and a request is not authorization to perform any repair.

The “Book an Appointment” buttons open a booking system run by a third party (ShopGenie). Its own terms and privacy practices apply to what you do there.

This site does not publish prices. Any estimate we give you is based on what is known when it is given and may change after the vehicle is inspected. Additional work is discussed with you and needs your approval before it proceeds.

Financing is offered by independent third-party lenders (Synchrony and Snap Finance). They decide who is approved and on what terms; we do not make credit decisions and are not the lender. Read the lender's terms before you apply.

This site links to, and in places embeds, content from other companies such as Google, Facebook, ShopGenie, and the financing providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Reviews shown on this site were written by customers on Google and are reproduced in full and as written. They are a selection of recent reviews, not every review, and they reflect the opinions and experiences of those customers. You can read all reviews on Google.

The text, design and other content of this site belong to Complete Automotive Repair or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view it and share links to it, but may not copy, republish or sell it without our permission.

Some photographs are licensed stock images and are not pictures of our shop, staff or customers. Names and logos of other companies belong to those companies.

Please do not:

• use the site or its forms unlawfully, or to send spam, malicious code or false information;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or other people's information;
• interfere with the site's operation, or use automated tools to overload it or scrape it in bulk.

To the extent the law allows, the website is provided “as is,” without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website itself.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Texas or federal law that cannot be waived, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act, or any liability we cannot lawfully limit. These terms do not apply to, and do not limit, our responsibilities for repair work we perform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
