Crosby's Trusted Shop Since 2003

Family owned and operated on FM 2100, serving the drivers of Crosby and the surrounding community for 23 years.

Our story

How we got here

Complete Automotive Repair opened on FM 2100 in Crosby, TX in 2003 with a straightforward goal: give Crosby drivers honest, capable repair work without the runaround.

The shop began modestly — a limited number of bays and a small crew of technicians. It grew the slow way, on the strength of what customers told their neighbors, which is a reputation you can only build by doing the work properly the first time.

Over 23 years it became a full-service operation. Routine maintenance, major engine work, collision and paint repair, tint and glass, car wash and detail — the range widened considerably, while the way the shop operates did not.

We still show you what we found before work begins, and we still ask for your approval before we proceed.

How we work

Four things we don't compromise on

Honest Diagnosis: We show customers what we found before work begins, and we communicate costs and timing rather than leaving them to be discovered at pickup.
Quality Parts: Parts used in your repair meet or exceed OEM specifications.
Clear Communication: We keep you updated as the work progresses and ask for your approval before proceeding.
Community First: We prioritize relationships with long-term clients. In a town this size, that's the only way a shop lasts 23 years.

ASE-Certified Technicians

Our technicians hold ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications — the industry standard for automotive repair competence.

Vehicles have changed enormously since 2003. Systems that were mechanical are now managed by software, and diagnosing them takes both current equipment and current knowledge. The team invests in ongoing training for modern vehicle technology, and the shop invests in the diagnostic tools that go with it.
