Accessibility Statement

We want everyone who needs to reach Complete Automotive Repair to be able to use this website. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical target.

This website has not been independently audited or certified, and we do not claim it fully conforms to any standard. We review it ourselves and fix problems as we find them.

• A “skip to content” link and a logical heading order.
• Navigation, menus, tabs and accordions that work with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
• Labeled form fields, with errors described in text and linked to the field they concern.
• Text alternatives for images.
• Text and background colors chosen for readable contrast, and we corrected several low-contrast text colors during our own review.
• Animation that respects the “reduce motion” setting on your device.
• Layouts that adapt to phones and tablets, and text that can be enlarged.

• Third-party content. The online booking system, the financing applications, the embedded map and our Facebook page are run by other companies, and we do not control their accessibility.
• Photographs. Some are stock images. Their text descriptions are general rather than specific.
• Not fully tested. We have not yet tested with a full range of assistive technologies, so some barriers may remain.
