What this page is for
A website can describe how we work, but it cannot inspect your vehicle. This page explains how what you read here relates to what actually happens at the shop.
Website information is general
Descriptions of services, symptoms and how repairs are approached are general information. They do not replace an in-person inspection and are not a diagnosis of your vehicle. The same symptom can have different causes in different vehicles.
Requests are not authorizations
Sending an appointment request or booking online does not authorize any repair. Repairs go ahead only once you have approved them with the shop.
Estimates depend on inspection
Any estimate discussed before a vehicle is inspected is preliminary. Final recommendations and pricing depend on the actual condition of the vehicle, and can change once it has been looked at.
Additional work
If an inspection or repair turns up something further, we tell you what we found and ask for your approval before proceeding. You decide what gets done; you may choose to defer items.
Vehicle-specific advice
Recommendations for your vehicle need a professional evaluation of that vehicle. Do not rely on general website content to decide whether a vehicle is safe to drive. If you think it is not, do not drive it.
The shop’s own paperwork governs repairs
This page and the Terms of Use concern the website. The estimate, authorization and invoice you receive from the shop govern the repair work itself, and this website is not a substitute for them.
Nothing on this page waives or limits any right you have under Texas or federal law.
Third-party financing and parts
Financing is provided and decided by independent lenders, not by us. Descriptions of parts, such as meeting or exceeding OEM specifications, refer to the parts used in repairs we perform; ask us about the parts for your specific repair.
